“We’re already seeing the fruits of our labour and are getting excellent results.

“A fully remote Operations team means that we have been able to attract some of the best quality talent and are agile enough to be in amongst our network, identifying challenges and opportunities from the coal face.”

And she adds: “Our Operations team has been designed to provide unparalleled support to our new Lettings and Property Management structure; from providing legal guidance, compliance support and implementing new processes and procedures, to ensuring our systems and external partnerships are aligned with our strategic objectives and ambitious growth plans.

“Centralising this support has enabled our Lettings and Property Management specialists to focus on providing the best service to our customers and we are already seeing some record-breaking results.”

GLUE THAT BINDS
