UK property consultancy, Allsop, has promoted Matthew Smith and Kelly Smith to director level within the lettings and management team (ALM).

Matthew joined Allsop in January 2018, moving from LIV Group, where he was head of PRS mobilisation. His extensive experience in the Build to Rent (BTR) and private rented sectors (PRS) has enabled him to successfully manage numerous sites across the UK, onboarding client investments, creating strategies for portfolios and mobilising assets.

Kelly has been with Allsop since November 2017 and oversees the smooth delivery of services for customers and clients alike. Kelly is also a committee member of both the British Property Foundation (BPF) and the UK Apartment Association (UKAA).
