Proptech firm offering first global CRM announces UK launch… again

Property Raptor heralded its launch in the UK last year, but is 'ramping up growth' this time with new London offices.

estate agency crm

Just 18 months after launching in the UK, a Hong Kong company offering the first global CRM software for estate agents, is at it again.

Property Raptor says its ‘AI-driven’ online and smartphone service enables agents to connect up wherever they are.

Already operating in 40 countries since its start-up in 2019, the company boasts Savills, JLL, Century 21, Remax and Chestertons among its clients.

It had heralded its entry into the UK market in February last year, but is now saying it has opened offices in London as it “ramps up growth” here.

“With uncertainty around the UK property market increasing, the company is on a mission to help maximise sales for both agencies and agents,” a spokesperson says.

“Noticing a continued reliance on paper-based methods, spreadsheets, siloed systems and inefficient ways of capturing data, Property Raptor was launched to give time back to agents and remove guesswork from sales,” she says.

Match properties

Property Raptor’s software uses ‘two-way AI technology’ to automatically match properties with prospective clients based on their search criteria.

Justin Lau, CEO, Property Raptor

Justin Lau, CEO of Property Raptor, says: “Outdated records, lost or siloed data and time-consuming manual processes lead to so much wasted time – and these methods are still far more common than you would think.

“By breaking into the UK proptech market, we hope to address each of the pain points faced by the industry and transform operations – all while providing a seamless user journey for agents and buyers.”
