Off-market goes on the move – Lonres launches industry-first app
The B2B property information platform's co-founder says app will help agents when they are out-and-about in London.
Subscribers to the Lonres sales and lettings property information service can now use its various tools while on the move via their smartphone.
The business-to-business trading platform, which enables agents to find or share off-market properties and research the local market, is now available via both Apple and Google’s app stores.
This means agents can do everything they could on their laptops while on the go and more such as details of the agent marketing a property, commission splits and click-throughs to the agent assigned to a specific sale or let.
But the app includes also a ‘radius search’ to look at properties around them as they travel around the capital, with more tools planned in the future.

Aimed at agents who are out with their applicants, the search facility shows available properties within a chosen location and provides prices of homes recently sold there.
“The LonRes app means that sales and lettings agents, together with valuers can now access the most up-to-date prime London intelligence, contacts and details of new instructions as they come to the market,” says Anthony Payne, Managing Director, LonRes (main picture).
“In short, the LonRes app will help its subscribers do better business – wherever they are.”
