There’s no word yet about what the products will actually do, but the first is due to be launched ‘very soon’ and will, say Rob and Bob, drive change in how the industry uses technology, making processes quicker and more efficient for the agents and the end customer.

Rob Wellstead (left) is a property professional, the owner of letting agent Lenwell Property Services, which was established in 1990 in the Home Counties.

Bob Scarff, formerly Managing Director of Countrywide, has recently been appointed as a non-executive director of Lenwell.

Rob has used his experience in the telecom and technology sector to conceive property technology solutions to problems that agents face every day.

He has developed ‘proptech’ solutions including Callwell – a customer response and lead management service, which are created and tested in-house at Lenwell before being marketed to the industry.

Rob Wellstead said, “It is great to partner with Bob on such an exciting journey. I know the letting process inside out as does Bob for estate agency and so it makes complete sense that we use our combined property and technology knowledge to develop new innovations for the industry. We are already working on a number of projects and will be announcing the launch of a new piece of technology soon, so watch this space.”
