National property consultancy, Sanderson Weatherall, has launched an online property auction service enabling clients to sell commercial and residential properties quickly to a global market.

SW Property Auctions has appointed Dominic Smith, an experienced auction surveyor with over 34 years’ experience, including at BidX1 and Town and Country Property Auctions, to head up its new online service.

Commenting on the launch, COO David Rastrick said: “Sanderson Weatherall has a long history of operating in the auction room with both property and plant and machinery, and launching our own online property auction platform is a natural next step to maximising our transactional services for our clients.
