A new surveying tech platform claiming to be a ‘property market disruptor’ is promising to make it easier and quicker for surveyors to provide quotes to buyers and win more business via referrals.
Survey Booker is a specialist platform for residential property surveyors and agents that streamlines administration processes by automating most of the time-consuming tasks.
The company says industry research shows that sales conversions are 400% higher in the first minute and that 78% of customers take the services of the first responder.
Its platform claims to be a disrupter because it enables surveyors to create instant quotes, estimates or bespoke quotes and allows them to easily integrate their own websites and CRMs with lead-generation sites and other lead sources.
This allows them to manage their customers in one place, ensuring a consistent customer experience, the company says.
The platform generates follow-up emails, automates Terms of Engagement and invoicing, processes payments and provides the customer with updates on their survey via their dedicated personal account.
“Our service allows surveyors to offer agents or other referrers an introducer account on our CRM,” says Matt Nally (left), one of the company’s founders.
“The agent is able to track the status of each referral helping them to keep vendors updated on progress – for example that the report has been submitted so they should hear next steps soon.
“Referral fees can also be set by the surveyor if they wish depending on each surveyors/agents agreement.”
