Big SE estate agency promotes two female high flyers to board

Beresfords’ high flyers Bernadette (Bernie) Barcham and Nicki Treffers have been appointed to the South East agency’s board of directors.

Barcham (main picture, right), Director of Lettings, joined Beresfords in 1995 and has played a pivotal role in the development and expansion of the lettings division.

SUCCESS

She has been appointed as a main Board Director for Beresfords Lettings and says: “From joining the original lettings office in Brentwood, it has been an incredible journey working with the company and I am proud to have seen the growth and success of the lettings division.

“I am looking forward to being part of the board and continue driving our company forward.”

Treffers (main picture, left), currently Director of New Business and Marketing, has been appointed to the main board of the Directors of Beresfords Residential.

MARKETING

Initially joining as a marketing manager on maternity cover, Treffers went on to become Director of New Business and Marketing.

She says: “I appreciate the trust and support I’ve received from Beresfords which has allowed me to contribute to its marketing successes and secure valuable new business opportunities.

“I am really excited to take on this new role and work closely with the board to drive continued growth and success for us all.”
