Leading London estate agency Kinleigh Folkard and Hayward (KFH) has signed up with ‘disruptor’ property market data firm Homesearch to provide its 60 branches with the platform’s Pro service.
KFH is the first major estate agency business to begin using its service on a paid basis and it’s the first time the agency has signed up to a property data platform like this.
Since launching in October most of the 5,000 estate agents and 1,500 firms using Homesearch have been using its free but restricted-usage Beta service.
But now, after an initial trial period, agents must pay £44 a month to use its full-throttle offering which includes unlimited home searches, market reports, white labelling and training.
“KFH agents were some of our earliest users,” says Homesearch CEO and founder Giles Ellwood (left).
“To see their numbers grow and to hear feedback on the tangible effect the system has had on their business has been fantastic.
“We’re grateful for their continued support.”
Anna MacLeod, Director of Marketing and Innovation at KFH, says: “At KFH we pride ourselves on our local and London-wide market knowledge, experience and expertise.
“Homesearch Pro gives our people access to market data and reports that greatly enhance and support our ability to continue to give our customers and clients exceptional service.”
Homesearch’s platform offers agents a wide range of market and regulatory information including planning and Land Registry data feeds and was established in 2018 and now has 15 employees based in central London.
