KFH opens branch in Notting Hill after long wait
Respected London agency KFH has announced it has opened a new flagship office in prime spot next to Notting Hill Gate Tube station.
Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward (KFH) has opened a flagship branch in the heart of Notting Hill from where it will serve the local housing market and its surrounding areas.
Located next door to Notting Hill Gate Tube station, the sales and lettings operations are headed up by Soroush Prado (pictured right) and Laura Timmins (left), who together have, say KFH, over three decades of knowledge and experience working within the central London property market.
Lee Watts, Managing Director at KFH, comments: “We have waited a long time to move into Notting Hill and are extremely excited to now have the opportunity of delivering our high standards of service and achieving the best results for both existing and new customers and clients in and around the area.
Notting Hill has always been a highly desirable area.”
With its rich history and vibrant culture, Notting Hill has always been a highly desirable area, and I have no doubt that Soroush and Laura will quickly establish KFH to become the go-to choice of agent in the area and I wish them every success in their new roles.”
The new Notting Hill branch will add to KFH’s 60 London-based branches and will offer a full range of residential sales and lettings services.
KFH has been recovering from a difficult period after reporting a month ago that it’s profits and turnover were down. It made a profit before tax of £753,000, down on nearly £4.7 million during 2022, while group revenue was £74 million, down from £82.5 million. Also, its EBITDA was £4.9 million last year (£8.3 million in 2022).
