Award winning estate agency Gibbs Gillespie has recruited a new Land Manager, Joe Marsh, to their team. Joe previously worked for developers Heronslea for five years before taking up his new role in January.

He said, “Coming from a background of working in property development I feel I’m in a good position to work with developers because I know what they want and what they need from a land agent. “I’m aiming to bring my knowledge of land sourcing to the role and build upon my contacts in the industry across Middlesex, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Greater London.”

Co-founder Paul Gillespie added, “Joe’s a great addition to our team. His focus will be on the land side of our business which is set for great growth this year.”

Joe is currently based at the agency’s Pinner headquarters.
