Rapidly expanding estate agency brokerage model, Moveli, has welcomed former Mr and Mrs Clarke duo, Kara Flynn and Edd Holt. 

Having almost doubled its self-employed broker network during 2024, the company continues to expand as it develops a new ‘Teams’ structure.

Kara and Edd, who have over 25 years’ combined experience in Warwickshire, were at Mr & Mrs Clarke for five and seven years respectively, and both previously worked at Brian Holt Estate Agents. 

The pair are extremely knowledgeable in the marketing and sale of high-end homes, taking a personal and hands-on approach, and are the first to take Moveli into the Midlands region.

Planned growth

Moveli’s USP is its agents, who have an average of 18 years’ experience each, and their upper market positioning.

Co-founder, Ben Littlewood, said: “Kara and Edd are both superb Warwickshire agents, and it’s great to see our brokers beginning to form teams on the platform. We’ve kicked off 2025 with a bang with half a dozen new starters, and we expect strong growth to continue throughout the year.”

Other agents to join Moveli last year include Philip Knight, formerly of Hamptons, and ex-Knight Frank agent, Grant Alexon.
