National estate agency group, Spicerhaart, is pleased to announce the appointment of Giles Hart as its new Managing Director of Partnerships. The hire forms part of the company’s ongoing strategy to strengthen its leadership team and drive growth across its national network.

Giles brings over 25 years of estate agency leadership experience, most recently as National Managing Director of Estate Agency at Connells Group. With a strong track record in building high-performing teams and championing customer-first service, he takes on a central role in shaping the future direction of Spicerhaart’s expanding Partnerships division.

Strengthening support

In his new role, Giles will lead the Partnerships division, focusing on strengthening support for existing partners, identifying growth markets and helping agents build successful, community-rooted careers.
