Tony Haran joins Lomond as Head of Residential Development
Estate and lettings agency acquisition business, Lomond, has bolstered its portfolio of assets with the appointment of Tony Haran.
Lomond has today announced its latest acquisition, although this time the firm has bolstered its internal team sheet with a high profile hire, rather than the acquisition of an estate or lettings agency business.
Tony Haran joins Lomond as Head of Residential Development, bringing a wealth of industry experience and expertise to the already well established team.
Having previously worked in residential development within both Knight Frank and the CBRE, Tony has acted on high profile residential forward funding, trading asset, land and ground rent transactions, as well as corporate property developer mergers and acquisitions.
More recently, he worked with an investment platform backed by Goldman Sachs to help acquire single-family housing across the UK.
Tony will head up Lomond’s Residential Development Department, overseeing the transaction of land, bulk deals of housing and apartments, both on and off plan, while also arranging funding for property developers in collaboration with the firm’s network of brands.
