Leading independent Manchester-based estate agency Reside is set to open its third branch in the North-West.

The new site in Bolton town centre will open in October, joining offices in Manchester and Stockport.

Reside believes Bolton is set for a major property boom, and has been appointed as agent for the Neighbourhood town centre redevelopment scheme, which features 44 three-bedroom town houses and 114 flats, together with retail units.

‘Air of ambition’

“There is definitely an air of ambition about the town and we believe it’s the right time for Reside to open a dedicated branch.”

Stankard founded Reside in 2013 following a successful 17-year career in the corporate property world.

He was soon joined by Operations Director Kate Bloor and Sales and Marketing Director Rhiannon Durston, and Reside now has a large team (main picture).
