Former Rayner recruiter launches own recruitment business

Industry mover and shaker Sally Asling has set up her own property recruitment business after leaving Rayner Personnel.

Sally Asling, Property Recruitment

Former residential sales and letting agent Sally Asling has launched ProFind Property Recruitment following a move into talent acquisition within the industry five years ago.

Throughout her 34-year career in the sector, Sally has worked both agency side and more recently in property recruitment and training with Rayner Personnel and REMAX.

Entrepreneurialism is nothing new either, with Sally having already set up and run her own estate agency business, which she sold to Belvoir in 2017.

“I enjoyed Rayner and it was a lifeline when hubby had cancer, but it was hard work [given the commission splits] and that made me realise I could do this on my own. I really want to be on a quick expansion trajectory and to grow and be really successful,” she tells The Neg.

Mission

She adds: “Our mission is to connect exceptionally talented property industry professionals with the right companies to nurture a culture of high retention.

“Having experienced the changes over the past three decades within the industry, I believe that property professionals should offer a client centric, personal and relationship-based service.

“The property sector has many challenges, many of which can be solved by building the right teams, coaching and developing those teams and focusing on staff retention.”

Ambitions

Beyond 2024, Sally will not only be looking to expand her own team, but plans to launch two platforms for self-employed Associates to work under the ProFind Property Recruitment brand

Property recruiters will be able to work as consultants for a 60/40 revenue split or take the option of building their own territory as a 360 recruiter, eventually growing their own teams.

ProFind has officially launched and is offering property recruitment nationally.
