IAD UK ‘on target’ to be industry player as it signs up first 30 agents

Boss Lee O’Brien says agents retain up to 87% commission as well as the potential for to start growing and receiving revenue from others.

IAD UK’s quest to dominate the self-employed estate agency sector continues after the platform revealed it has now signed up 30 agency partners since its UK launch four months ago.

The Neg revealed in July how the international estate agency giant wanted to have at least 100 self-employed agents operating in the UK in the next six to nine months and was eying five times that number in just four years’ time.

BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY

IAD UK recently completed a three-date tour of the UK targeting the West Midlands, Essex and Suffolk after a successful London launch event where it showcased its Business Opportunity Presentation to more than 100 agents and prospective agents, including those from traditional high street brands and rival self-employed agencies.

Over the course of the four events agents have heard from IAD UK’s senior management team including Managing Director, Lee O’Brien (main picture), as well as a series of existing IAD agents from the UK and France.

Under the IAD UK proposition agents retain up to 87% commission as well as the potential for to start growing and receiving revenue from their own team of agents.

IAD Group was established in 2008 and currently operates in seven international markets including France, Spain and Miami, with more than 20,000 agents across the globe and annual revenue totalling £500 million.
