Leading estate agency offers new ‘brokers’ big rewards
Knight Frank is setting up a network of 'affiliate brokers' to work alongside its existing high street offices in London.

Knight Frank is offering “high levels of commission” to a new network of ‘affiliate brokers’ it is setting up in London.
The agency says it has identified 36 markets in the capital where it can extend its reach beyond the high street office patches.
Self‑employed brokers will work independently, while remaining “fully aligned and partnered with Knight Frank”.
And the agency will “strengthen its presence without the requirement for a physical high‑street office”.
Target markets

Tim Hyatt, Head of Residential at Knight Frank, says: “This client-led strategy extends our reach into areas where we can expand our sales coverage, and where we know there is clear demand for Knight Frank’s services.
“In each of our initial target markets, for the first time, clients will benefit from the expertise and reassurance of the Knight Frank brand and its global network.
“Outside of our existing patches our brokers will be self‑employed giving them control of their diary, clients and transactions, with genuine scope for scale and high levels of earnings.”
Commission
Brokers within the network will operate on patches adjacent to Knight Frank’s existing London offices, enabling them to pitch and win instructions, manage clients end‑to‑end, and build their own pipelines with full operational and regulatory support behind them.
And they will earn high levels of commission, with additional fees for referring clients into any of Knight Frank’s 150 residential and commercial service lines across its network in the UK, US, Europe, Middle East and North Africa, and Asia Pacific.
The initial London markets are Ealing, Totteridge, Barnes and Putney, Brook Green and Shepherds Bush and Crouch End and Muswell Hill. The Canary Wharf office will transition to a City & East London hub, with brokers covering Canary Wharf, Wapping, Shoreditch, Tower Bridge, and South Bank.
