Estate agency Andrews has signed a long-term contract with Zoopla which will bring its 44 branch southern England network back to the portal.

Founded in 1946 and owned by the Andrews Charitable Trust, the business’ profits fund the Trust which uses them to tackle poverty, sickness and distress and also works to support young adults leaving care.

OPPORTUNITY

The agency believes it has a big growth opportunity to grow in the South East this year and will benefit from Zoopla’s extensive coverage of this region as well as improving its customer offering.

Andrews will benefit from a core membership package, which includes Valuation Booster – which enables the agency to target areas where they want to win more instructions and Featured Agent to boost their brand.

And like all Zoopla members Andrews will have access to detailed performance reporting and rich local market data via ZooplaPro.

The partnership will also further improve Zoopla’s coverage of listings in the UK.
