Leading estate agency Dexters has revealed the opening of six news branches after the acquisition of rivals Peter James and Sebastian Roche, both based in South London, which it describes as partnerships.

Established in 1998, Peter James has four offices in Blackheath, Lee, New Cross and Brockley whilst Sebastian Roche, established in 2000, has offices in Forest Hill and Lewisham.

The initial £13m deal will see ten new branches a year opening for the next three years, helping make it the largest London operator and bigger than key rivals such as KFH, Savills and Knight Frank.

Dexters also recently acquired one of south east London’s oldest established and most famous estate agents, Roy Brooks, with offices in East Dulwich and Nunhead.

“We have long been an admirer of both businesses which have excellent local market knowledge and talented staff, who we very much look forward to working with.

“We have the resources to free up the local offices so they can focus fully on their clients and their property needs.”
