Leading regional estate agency Redbrik is celebrating a flurry of female promotions in its majority-female workforce.

Redbrik, which operates in South Yorkshire and North East Derbyshire, says the personnel moves are among both long-standing employees and recent recruits.

It has a 70% female workforce between its four offices and counts its inclusion and diversity efforts among the reasons it has been recognised as one of the best companies to work for.

Both Gemma Hynes and Sarah Bicknell have been promoted to area managers from a previous role as property consultant.

Thea Cox has been made marketing manager, rising from marketing executive, and Grace Bradbury has been moved up to sales manager from her previous position as an applicant manager.
