Ultra-prime estate agent Beauchamp Estates has appointed ex-Foxtons Area Director Stuart Bennett as Head of Sales at its Mayfair office.

His remit covers London’s platinum postcodes and addresses including Mayfair, Belgravia, Knightsbridge, St James’s, Kensington and Marylebone.

Bennett will lead the existing Mayfair sales team and be responsible for overseeing and growing the sales department in the office.

Clients choose to list their properties with Beauchamp Estates because of the bespoke personalised service provided to clients and the close relationship between the different departments and international office network.

The Mayfair sales department works closely alongside the lettings and new homes departments which means that an instruction can be listed for both sales and lettings, and new developments can be provided with full service launch, branding, marketing, social media, PR and sales support.

Beauchamp Estates has been selling and letting homes in Mayfair since 1979 and the Mayfair sales office has some of the most prestigious sales listings in London including the £55 million former Gucci headquarters building, now a mega-mansion, on Grafton Street.

Bennett joins the existing Mayfair sales team at the award winning agency’s Mayfair offices on Curzon Street, an elegant townhouse which alongside the Mayfair sales department also houses client meeting rooms, the company’s international HQ led by Founding Director Gary Hersham.
