Fine & Country bags London lettings senior to open new operation
Sinéad Conlon is one of the industry female high-fliers, having run Chestertons' training and before that worked at Knight Frank and Foxtons.
Fine & Country has bagged one of the UK’s most senior and experienced female agents to run its new lettings operation in the central London districts of Kensington and Knightsbridge.
Sinéad Conlon is to operate the territory as her own business via the Fine & Country franchise supported by its head office functions.
For the past four years she has worked at central London rival Chestertons as its Head of Training where, among many achievements, she established its first staff e-learning platform.
Prior to that Conlon was a Lettings Associate at Knight Frank and before that spent seven years learning the ropes at Foxtons’ Park Lane branch, where she worked her way up the ladder as both a Senior Lettings Negotiator and latterly its Assistant Manager.
“It sounds cheesy but Fine & Country was a ‘serendipity moment’,” says Conlon.
“Fine & Country came at the time when I wasn’t thinking about starting my own business and the brand was so enticing and the future of the industry was changing, I thought this is a challenge that I need to accept and thrive in.
“My expertise coupled with the backing of a brand such as Fine & Country, should be a winning combination. My father always gives me a quote of the day, and one of my favourites is ‘Believe you can and you’re halfway there’.
I believe it puts you in the right headspace for the day in this industry
“Fine & Country have been around for a long time and with excellent results, which proves that the brand and I are really good at what we do, and we can prove that here in prime central London.”
