Lettings platform Goodlord has made its third acquisition in three years as it continues its expansion plans.

Tenant onboarding firm Halo is the latest purchase for the tenancy preparation provider.

Halo’s digital platform helps tenants move into a new property, and enables agents to manage the onboarding process. Launched in 2020, it provides tenants with a simple and fully digitised move-in experience.

The Halo offering includes an app for tenants to track their move-in progress, and an onboarding operating system for letting agents.

Lettings tech provider Vouch (2020) and bill management software firm Acasa (2021) had already joined the Goodlord Group

Goodlord raised £27 million of funding to fuel its expansion in March last year.

The company says strategic acquisitions are part of its ambition to build a market-leading, end-to-end solution for the rental market.

Over a million tenants, landlords, and letting agents already use Goodlord’s system each year to process and manage tenancies.
