Hybrid estate agency Ewemove adds 55 new territories during 2021

But agency will have to repeat its rate of territory sign-ups next year to reach its ambitious target of 230 territories.


Ewemove has signed up a further 55 territories during 2021 taking its total to 170, the hybrid agency has revealed including Milton Keynes franchisee Chris Well, pictured.

This means the agency has some work to do next year to reach its 230 target laid down in parent group TPFG’s trading update in June.

To achieve it the hybrid agency will have to maintain the rate of its sign-ups to add a further 60 territories by the end of next year, assuming no franchisees close down.

But the seven-year-old agency is in a buoyant mood as the festive period nears after it was named one of the top 40 franchising groups in the UK yesterday, putting it on a par with better-known brands such as Subway, Vodafone, and Snap-on Tools.

The accolade came from the annual Elite Franchise magazine top 100 chart, sponsored and judged by HSBC Bank. EweMove came in at number 34. Other property firms ahead of it within the list include Belvoir at 19 and signboard giant Agency Express at 30.
