Landmark maps out a new future for property

Metropix, Landmark and ETSOS services and products now one big family

Digital mapping company Landmark Information has consolidated all its businesses that provide services to estate agents into one division, it has been announced.

Floorplan provider Metropix and its recently-launched leads generation tool SmartVal plus Landmark’s GoView digital OS mapping and Mouseprice portal have been added to last year’s acquisition ETSOS and bundled together.

ETSOS offers ‘compliance in a box’ to agents for Consumer Protection Regulation and Anti-Money Laundering Regulations.

Landmark, which has offices in Reading, Exeter and Brighton, also provides income generation tools via its conveyancing quotes service both for branch use and consumer-generated online referral leads.

The new division will be called Landmark Estate Agency Services and be headed up by Phil Natusch who, until now, had been managing director of ETSOS. He founded the company in 2010 and it’s not surprising that Landmark should prize his skills and experience. ETSOS was profitable within a year of launching and, most recent records show for 2014, has a turnover of £12m.

phil natusch“By bringing together all of Landmark’s residential property services under one roof, we are now looking at ways of delivering new product and service initiatives for the benefit of our estate agency clients,” says Phil.

“I am excited to be leading the new division and to working closely with our clients and other Landmark divisions on future developments to support the operations, management and growth of our client’s estate and letting agency businesses.”

For those with longer memories than most in the industry, Landmark Information is headed up by Mark Milner who until 2012 was CEO of another DMGT business, the former Digital Property Group. Its portals FindaProperty.com and PrimeLocation were merged with Zoopla in 2013 to create ZPG.
