Belvoir is upping its game in Scotland with the launch of a new office in Kirkcaldy, Fife – the sixth franchised office for the owners who now hold the record for owning the largest number of franchises within the wider network.

A successful launch party (main picture) was held last week on October 10 to celebrate the official opening of Kirkcaldy and introduce the brand to the local community.

FIFE MARKET

Andy Clachers, Regional Managing Director Property Management, says: “We are delighted to be opening our Kirkcaldy branch office and in partnership with Delmor estate agency and the Mortgage Advice Bureau (MAB), introducing Belvoir to the wider Fife market.

“With the formal launch of our branch and our highly experienced team, our focus now is on offering a local and personalised property management service to landlords, tenants, investors, buyers and sellers of properties.”

Clachers says that this will encompass sourcing, letting, estate agency and financial services from national brands Belvoir and MAB, in partnership with Fife’s Delmor estate agency.

He adds: “The combination of a local team of experts, backed up with the support and reputation of Belvoir’s trusted and reliable national brand has never been more important to our customers in making important financial decisions in the property market.”

SUCCESSFUL

Belvoir’s Franchise Director Ian Maclean also attended the launch and says: “It gives me great pleasure to congratulate the team at Belvoir Kirkcaldy on the opening of their new office which I am sure will be highly successful.

“The owners joined Belvoir in 2019 and this is their sixth Belvoir office in Scotland, which demonstrates a real commitment and passion towards the property industry and to Belvoir. Congratulations to all.”

The Neg reported last month how Belvoir Group says its lettings and acquisitions rescued its figures for the first half, with a jump of 10% in profits to almost £4.4 million.
