New Reapit compliance tool to track RRA readiness
Bilans Solutions has built a compliance dashboard for Reapit AgencyCloud clients to help them understand their portfolio-wide compliance status.
A new tool built by Bilans Solutions for Reapit AgencyCloud has been launched to help agents keep track of the compliance status of their letting portfolio ahead of the Renters’ Rights Act.
The Compliance Tracker dashboard syncs certificate data directly from Reapit with gas safety, EICR, EPC
and HMO licence records pulled automatically and monitored against expiry thresholds.
Properties approaching or past expiry dates are flagged without manual checking, using a red-amber-green dashboard that prioritises what needs attention first.
The tool also includes a guided Section 8 possession workflow covering all 13 grounds with notice periods, prerequisite checks and step-by-step progression.
A Section 13 rent increase tracker monitors the formal notice process, including tribunal status if tenants challenge the proposed increase.
Avoid penalties
Stefan Nikolovski, Founder of Bilans Solutions, said: “One in three letting agents has taken no steps to prepare for the Renters’ Rights Act, and most are still tracking compliance in spreadsheets or not tracking it at all.
“The penalty structure is real – up to £7,000 per property for first breaches, and £40,000 for repeat offences. Agents managing 50 to 500 properties need a single screen that tells them exactly where the risk is.”
With the Information Sheet deadline set for 31st May 2026, agents can track which tenancies have been served and which are outstanding, with bulk serve capability across the portfolio.
