RICS partnership gives members access to digital learning tools

The professional body has partnered with Access Learning to boost educational content on offer for RICS members and candidates.

The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) has partnered with Access Learning to introduce a new range of digital tools to support candidates aiming to get qualified.

Access Learning, which provides bite-sized expert-led educational video content, will support RICS candidates preparing for qualification and professionals seeking to develop wider business, leadership and professional skills.

There will be new content for candidates on the the RICS Qualification Package training scheme.

Meanwhile, RICS members will get access to tools on continuing professional development areas – including leadership, management, cyber awareness, customer experience, communication, teamwork, wellbeing, mental health and diversity, equity and inclusion.

The learning is aligned to the updated RICS CPD framework, effective from January 2026, and supports development across mandatory, core and broader professional competencies.

EDUCATIONAL CATALOGUE

The wider Access Learning catalogue includes courses across health and safety, governance and compliance, cyber awareness and resilience, workplace skills, health and wellbeing, plus specialist and partner catalogues.

These include learning from providers such as XUnlocked, SimonSezIT, CIFAS and Video Arts, covering areas such as sustainability, finance, digital IT skills, fraud awareness and behavioural skills.

Course content and transcripts are available in 111 languages, supporting globally accessible learning for diverse audiences.

This partnership will provide solutions for RICS members to build the skills needed to thrive in a rapidly evolving world.”
