After months of collaboration, the Property Data Widget is now live and enables users to instantly access detailed property information for any residential address in the UK.

By entering an address, users are provided with free, unlimited access to comprehensive Core Property Reports.

This functionality is integrated within the onboarding process and available when viewing properties in the calendar, ensuring users stay informed throughout their workflow.

Critical data consolidation

This integration consolidates critical data in one convenient location, reducing time spent on research while enhancing agents’ market knowledge during client calls, property valuations, and when preparing property particulars. The reports are constantly updated with the latest market activity, ensuring that users always have the most current information at their fingertips.

In addition, the Track this Property feature within the reports allows users to receive free notifications on key updates such as new listings, price changes, and properties marked as SSTC/Under Offer.

While all users enjoy free access to the Core Property Report, those looking to deepen their market insights can upgrade to the Pro Property Report. Existing Homesearch Pro customers will be automatically upgraded to the Pro Property Reports.
