Nurtur launches sales referral system that earns agents 0.2% fee

Property industry platform says its Global Referral System will enable agents and property professionals to monetise their data.

Nurtur Global Referral SystemNurtur has launched its Global Referral System (GRS) designed to help estate agents monetise their data and unlock new revenue streams.

The systems enables users to maximise the ROI on data captured within the Nurtur Ecosystem, with the opportunity to earn 0.2% of the sale price as a commission for passing out-of-area applicants automatically as the referring agent.

Commenting on the new GRS system, Richard Combellack, Chief Commercial Officer at Nurtur, said: “Powered by The BriefYourMarket Data-warehouse, our GRS maximises the return on investment for the valuable data captured within the Nurtur Ecosystem.

“This innovative system introduces a completely hands-off referral process, identifying out-of-area leads from the agent’s database and managing communication with potential vendors.”

Collaborative communication

The GRS identifies out-of-area applicants who are potential vendors for other agents, providing a list of up to five businesses for the vendor to choose three for an independent valuation of their property, facilitating their move.

Users receive updates on the referral progress, including key milestones such as valuation dates, instructions, Sold Subject to Contract (SSTC), and sales.

“Nurtur GRS represents a significant step forward in how property professionals can leverage their data,” added Richard. “This system not only creates new revenue streams but also fosters a collaborative environment within the Nurtur Ecosystem.”
