TouchRight eyes further CRM deals after Alto integration success
ToughRight's Miriam Roth tells The Neg how the property inspection firm has developed in the year since she took over.

TouchRight Director Miriam Roth (pictured) is celebrating a year at the helm of the property inspection platform by eyeing further CRM deals.
A successful integration with Alto’s system is one of the two main achievements Roth points to after the takeover of TouchRight Software from Plentific in May 2025.
And it is leading the way towards tie-ups with other property industry CRMs in the near future.
Streamlined
Roth told The Neg: “When I stepped into the role of director, my primary goal was to ensure that our direction was focused and, more importantly, guided by the actual needs of managing agents and inventory clerks.”
By integrating Alto’s core property and appointment functions with TouchRight’s inspection and reporting expertise, it streamlined property management by ensuring data flows seamlessly between Alto and reporting tools.
“So many of our agents expressed how much they needed their data to sync straight through to TouchRight to save them time and reduce manual entry.
“It was a high-priority project for me because I knew how much of a difference it would make to their daily workflows,” Roth says.
Milestone
The launch of TouchRight’s ‘Report Assist AI’ offer is the other milestone development in the first 12 months.
Report Assist AI brings intelligent photo descriptions and condition suggestions directly into the TouchRight workflow.
It was a brilliant suggestion, but it made me wonder why we shouldn’t go a step further.”
Roth says: “It actually started with a conversation where a client asked if they could plug their own AI program into our system. It was a brilliant suggestion, but it made me wonder why we shouldn’t go a step further.
“Instead of just a plugin, I wanted to build our own dedicated AI system that was integrated deeply into the inventory process and accessible to everyone on our platform.”
