Zoopla to launch major new campaign with Christmas day TV ad

Property portal will unveil a major new marketing campaign during the festive break to stimulate demand during its busiest period of the year.

Zoopla will kick off a brand new ‘agent-centric’ marketing campaign with a Christmas day TV ad with the strapline ‘Win at Moving with Zoopla.’

The aim is to stimulate demand between Christmas and the New Year which is one of the busiest times of the year for the portal, with 180% more traffic than usual on its website.

Motivated

Estate agents are at the heart of the campaign and are positioned as the experts that can ‘unlock that next move’ for Zoopla movers and give them the confidence and tools they need to help them ‘Win at Moving.’

Zoopla says the campaign, which aims to highlight why the portal should be a crucial moving partner, will reach over 26m UK adults. It will be supported by a new range of tools that allow users to find ‘the right’ estate agents for their move, help buyers better understand what they can afford and unlock insights for sellers.

The campaign will not only celebrate agents but also position Zoopla as the home of motivated movers looking to win in 2025.”

The campaign will run across a wide range of media including TV, broadcast video-on-demand, digital and social channels, and will also feature right across Zoopla’s website and app.

The tongue-in-cheek TV ad is the first Zoopla has done in a couple of years and picks up on the campaign’s theme of motivated buyers. It will air during some of the UK’s favourite festive programmes such as Downton Abbey, live Premier League on Boxing Day, The Big Fat Quiz of the Year and the Christmas special – The Festive Pottery Throwdown.
