£8 BILLION SALES
Fatemi founded Rokstone 12 years ago and since its launch in 2011 it has brokered over £8 billion worth of sales and now boasts a team with a collective 80 years’ experience in the Central London property market.
Over her 27-year career Fatemi has worked closely with developers and visionaries such as the Candy Brothers and Finchatton.
George Azar (main picture, right), UKSIR Chairman and Chief Executive, says: “Becky brings a level of energy and innovation that’s simply unmatched. Her track record speaks volumes and her arrival at UK Sotheby’s International Realty signals a new era for prime central London real estate.”
Fatemi, who is also Diversity Ambassador for the Luxury Property Forum, adds: “After approaches from some of the world’s leading brands and agencies over the years, I felt that George and I share a kindred tenacity and a desire to shake up the prime residential sector.
“I admire the success George has achieved in Dubai and the Middle Eastern region under his ownership and believe we can take Sotheby’s real estate proposition in the UK, and internationally, to new heights.”

Fatemi holds multiple sales records for many of London’s most prominent newly built residential properties, oversees some of the capital’s most exclusive rental deals and has been instrumental in positioning the capital firmly at the forefront of luxury residential property.

Fatemi and her team will continue to operate from their Dorset Street office in London’s Marylebone where they will cover the whole super prime market for the UK and internationally working with UKSIR affiliates.
