Street.co.uk has launched a new custom AI feature which it says will make the laborious task of crafting unique property descriptions and emails quicker and simpler than ever before.

The estate agency software and CRM specialist says harnessing AI will be key for agents who want to future-proof their businesses as well as gaining a competitive edge.

AGENT-SPECIFIC

Street AI uses artificial intelligence taught through agent-specific content, meaning it understands the content agency customers will engage best with.

The update to its property description and email content generator comes as standard for all Street.co.uk customers and allows agents to level up and save hours of wasted admin time.

When agents input key features, such as the number of bedrooms, property type and any distinguishable details, Street AI will create a bespoke property description for them.

This can then be refined using prompts, modified manually or regenerated entirely if it is not to the agents’ taste.

Street AI also offers the ability to generate email responses with just a click, using simple prompts. These responses can be written in the most frequently used tones of voice and will remove the burden of writing individual emails for each client.

EVOLVING INDUSTRY

Heather Staff (main picture), co-founder at Street.co.uk, says: “Our industry is constantly evolving and it is imperative that we continuously adopt the latest technology to ensure we are at the top of our game.

“Agents are spending countless hours writing unique property descriptions and sending hundreds of emails every day, when their attention could be much better placed elsewhere in the business.”

And she adds: “Street AI is fine-tuned for the estate agency sector and removes much of the long-winded administration work, while still providing the ability to personalise the details to match individual requirements and preferences.”
