The London agency bought James Alexander in March, and has now swept up east London firm Keatons.

Dexters has announced in its second acqusition in less than a month, with the purchase of east London firm Keatons.

Last month, Dexters announced the acquisition of respected Norbury-based independent estate agent James Alexander, and the opening of two new offices in Surbiton and Canada Water.

And now it has taken over Keatons and its seven offices.

Fastest growing

Founded almost 30 years ago, Keatons operates in Bow, Deptford, Hackney, Kentish Town, Shoreditch, Stratford and Wanstead.

This latest acquisition, which was brokered by Atomic, welcomes 90 new colleagues to join Dexters’ 2,500-strong team across the capital, and adds over 2,500 properties to Dexters growing property management portfolio. Keatons’ services include sales, lettings, new homes and property management.

Dexters says it is the fastest growing independent estate agent in London. The acquisition of Keatons, along with James Alexander and the announcement of the opening of two offices have enlarged the group’s portfolio of high street London offices by 10 in just a month.

Keatons deep local market knowledge, strong high street presence and commitment to outstanding customer service, aligns perfectly with our core values.”
