Zoopla relaunches Advantage site for agents and housebuilders
The upgraded site now includes a new ‘Insights Hub’ which will host Zoopla’s flagship reports as well as best practice tips and tricks.

Zoopla has rebooted its website for agents and housebuilders to provide even more new content, research and product information as well built in stock building add-on products.
Zoopla Advantage will already be familiar to users – since it launched in 2018 it has acted as a hub for property insights as well as industry news and research.
UPGRADED SITE
The upgraded site now includes a new ‘Insights Hub’ which will host Zoopla’s flagship reports – the House Price Index and Rental Market Report in easily accessible and downloadable formats as well as best practice tips & tricks for property professionals.
The new site will also include an improved product hub highlighting joining information as well as its range of add-on products for agents who want to increase stock, market their stock or grow brand awareness.
More new content will be added to the site in the coming weeks and months – with new formats like podcasts and new episodes of Zoopla’s recently launched ‘Behind the Branch’ series too.
HOUSEBUILDERS SECTION
Housebuilders will also have their own dedicated section on the site blog with bespoke content on topics including buyer trends, growth opportunities and guides on buying software.
