Leading northern lettings agency ERE Property has rebranded and added three new staff to its employee roll call as the company plans to expand following the long months of the Covid pandemic.

ERE, which has branches in Leeds, Manchester, Liverpool and Hong Kong, specialises in property investment but also asset management for clients including lettings and sales for property developers.

It was founded by Tim Morgan and Robert Medd in 2004 after the pair quit their original careers and decided to launch a specialist property investment and management firm.

The refresh of the company’s image follows an ‘exhausting’ year for the company, it says.

MD Helen Mercer-Jones (pictured) says, “It took months of planning, and going back to the drawing board, and multiple brand agencies for us to find the look we all wanted and felt was right for us.

Freshen up

“We wanted to freshen up, look more modern but try and retain our core values and professional company image.

“2020 was an exhausting year for so many people, and I think it was the event we needed to make us stop and really look at the business, press the reset button and think about who we are, where we are going and what we want our image to be.”

Tim Morgan, CEO, adds: “I am proud of the new brand and excited about the future of ERE property.”

The firm has also recruited several new staff including a new marketing executive, Emma Johnston plus a new property manager – Megan Grayston – and a further addition to the property management team, Larissa Waite.
