UK’s top 50 property managers named – are you on the list?

Judges have picked cream of the industry crop in both property management, block management and build-to-rent sectors.

Fifty property management professionals have been celebrated by an annual national award scheme designed to promote the cream of crop within the sector.

Called the Property Management 50, since 2019 it has employed a tough judging process to pick the successful nominees with judges this year including Rajeev Nayyar, MD of Fixflo.

The main Property Manager category includes half a dozen letting agents from firms across the UK, as well as those from larger corporate companies in the commercial sector.

kevin o reillyAgent winners include Kevin O’Reilly,  director of Chester firm Matthews. It’s MD Emma Matthew says: “Kevin wholeheartedly deserves this recognition, and it very much reflects the hard work and dedication applied by him and the whole team at Matthews.

“The property management team have created excellent relationships with clients, residents, and the local supply chain.”

Other agents in the Property Managers list include Emma Barltrop of Ian Gibbs and Sanj Solanki of Parkgate Aspect.

Build to rent

The build-to-rent sector is also represented in the results including staff from FirstPort, Love to Rent, Allsop and Urban Bubble.

The competition also lists the mover and shakers within the property management, block management and build-to-rent sectors including Nigel Glen, CEO of ARMA, Tony Hymers of Burlington

Estates, Louie-Mae Gibson of Knight Frank and Shelley Jacobs of MLM.

The awards also reflect the increasing role of women within the industry; 21 of the 50 people named are female, as are five out of eight Rising Stars.
