VaultEA, an Australian property software company that has quietly been soft-launching in the UK over the past year and a half, has now signed up 100 branches including most recently 40 offices within the Century 21 network.

The company is part of a group that is a dominant player within the antipodean estate agency sector with over 4,050 branches using its platforms in Australia, New Zealand and parts of Asia.

This includes its Oz counterparts VaultRE and MyDesktop which combined generated revenues of approximately £6 million (AUS$10.6m) last year.

All three are part of larger parent company called the PropTech Group, which has global tech investor Simon Baker as a director.

The property software firm’s Bristol-based Sales Director Christian Scandurra, who worked for ten years in Australia in estate agency and technology-based businesses including MyDesktop before returning to the UK, says the company has been working hard at establishing its credentials with UK agents.

Here to stay

VaultEA is a cloud-based estate agency software designed for both sales and lettings agents and is one of the growing number of ‘one stop shop’ platforms on the market that offer property management, accounts, CRM capabilities, e-marketing and a consumer-facing app for agents.

“We see the UK as a fantastic opportunity and we’re here to stay,” says Scandurra.#

“I looked at many of the leading providers but felt they were all missing something. Along with the excellent sales, crm and emarketing module VaultEA offers far more for our lettings offices including rent collection, landlord paying and statement automated service, built in maintenance reporting and contractor service and much better accounts functions. It’s also very user friendly and the Vault team have handled migration brilliantly.”
