Software to shake up lettings
Street.co.uk is hoping to shake up lettings with the launch of its revolutionary Property Management software.
Following the success of its Residential Sales CRM, the firm has publicly launched what it claims is the first major lettings software of its kind, thanks to its dedicated workflows for every lettings process.
Street.co.uk co-founder, Heather Staff, commented: “Street Property Management revolutionises Lettings. We didn’t want to create just another piece of PropTech. We’ve started from scratch and made workflows that function the way agents actually want and need in the modern world. Feedback from agents already using Street Lettings has been phenomenal and we’re really excited to open it up to the industry.”
The platform has already been in Private Beta undergoing rigorous testing for six months with several agents and is now ready for new customers to come on board in Public Beta before an official launch later this year.
Agents in testing have praised, in particular, its radically fresh approach, impressive maintenance management and unrivalled communication automation.
