Westcountry estate agency network The Experts in Property has dropped its subscription cost by 20% from £150 to £120.

The organisation, which was set up during the late 1990s by a small group of leading regional agents, is also rolling out a raft of new marketing initiatives for its 40-plus members designed to help them generate new business during 2022.

These include its Oh! Hello 2022 Giveaway, an incentive for homeowners to invite network members to value their homes.

Each valuation prompts an entry into the prize draw to win a £2,022 prize. The prize money, individually branded marketing material, artwork and promotion is all fully funded by the network.

Also, each member office has been offered £200 towards a maildrop/direct marketing campaign to target potential clients, and for the first time, the network is offering a half page advert in the Spring issue of its Distinctly Westcountry branded magazine free of charge.

The Experts in Property has also upgraded the online dashboard and marketing hub used by its members.
Other initiatives include access to a dedicated Ravensworth marketing toolkit and access to social media support from local agency Lemon Tree.

Steve Moir (pictured), its chairman, adds: “We are always looking for more ways in which we can support our members, to help them run efficiently, attract new instructions and reduce costs.

“Several actually make money from their membership. The ever-expanding library of back-office and marketing resources is proving invaluable, and they all wholly embrace our now fully subsidised, online and on-site training using a wide range of trainers, ensuring their staff are fully trained and helping to improve standards in estate agency.”
