Strutt & Parker has launched a new six-part webinar series called InSPire Live: Home of Original Thinking, covering the latest residential property market trends, insights and practical advice. Open to all, the webinars provide a fresh and exciting way for people to interact and engage online with key senior people in the Strutt & Parker business, plus special guests.

The first live webinar, entitled, ‘The new world property era’, took place on Tuesday 12 May and attracted over 700 attendees. It was hosted by Guy Robinson (Head of Residential Agency), Kate Eales (National Head of Lettings), Louis Harding (Head of London Residential Sales) and Vanessa Hale (Director in the BNP Paribas Real Estate Research team).

The expert panel covered a range of topics including when to move, what’s happening to property prices during lockdown, how the rental market is being impacted by Covid-19 and what the future of property looks like.

The webinars will be taking place every Tuesday morning at 10:30 am BST for the next five weeks. They are free to attend, will each last for 45 minutes and are hosted via the Zoom platform.

Guy Robinson (left), Head of Residential Agency at Strutt & Parker, said, “At the moment it is more crucial than ever that we are in regular contact with our clients and prospective buyers and sellers. Many people still desire to move home but don’t know where they stand in the current climate and are seeking advice. These webinars give people the opportunity to connect with us and ask us any questions they may have about the property market.”

The next webinar, taking place on Tuesday 19 May at 10:30 am, is entitled ‘From the physical world to the virtual world’ and will look at how the rise in technology is changing the way we buy, sell, rent and let our homes.
