Three-fold announcement for Fine & Country

Premium estate agency brand, Fine & Country, has propelled its growth with a new partnership, Business Development Manager appointment and additional office in Scotland.

In the south, Jonathan Handford and Sean Newman have joined forces with current licensee, Jack Rees, to run the Fine & Country Southampton and Winchester area. This collaboration marks a new chapter in the brand’s continued growth and commitment to delivering exceptional property services.

The expanded licence will cover Southampton, Romsey, Winchester, and Andover, further solidifying Fine & Country’s regional presence. With an extensive support team that includes pre-sales, post-sales, and administration assistance, this partnership will enhance the existing team members’ capabilities and empower them to expand their businesses with confidence.

Also in the south, Jack Burton has been appointed as a new Business Development Manager. With over 20 years of experience in the property industry, he brings a wealth of expertise and a proven track record of success to the Fine & Country team.
Prior to joining Fine & Country, Jack held positions at two esteemed independent brands in Berkshire and Sussex, where he dedicated approximately 15 years to honing his skills and building a deep understanding of the local property market.
Following the successful merger of the South Scotland and North Cumbria branches of Fine & Country, the estate agency has added a further office to the brand’s Scottish network to grow the brand across Edinburgh and The Lothians.
