All female property team expands as client list grows

LRPM boss Letitia Randell says there was no plan to only recruit women, and intends to welcome male staff.

All female property management firm LRPM has expanded its team from two to 15 after seeing its client portfolio quadruple in two years.

The firm’s range of residential and commercial block management units has increased to more than 2,000 across London, Cambridge and Norfolk.

Launched in 2018 by property expert Letitia Randell (main picture), the business was founded to deliver 24/7 block management and extensive customer service at a fixed fee, with no secret commissions.

Male staff welcome!

Randell says that she did not aim to have an all-female team, and is looking forward to welcoming male staff as the company grows.

LRPM’s transparent and customer-centric approach has proved popular with the business having retained 95% of its customers since launch.

Honest management model

Randell, who is MD at LRPM, says: “I set up LRPM to provide excellent customer service, and to provide the industry with an open and honest model of block and estate management.

“Secret commissions are not only deceptive they prevent leaseholders from living in safe and affordable conditions.”

LRPM says secret commissions arise when agents take ‘kick-backs’ of up to 50% without the knowledge of their client. They have become “a scourge”, it says, across the property industry.

Unique fixed-fee approach

“Over the next two years, we plan to continue to expand our customer portfolio with this unique fixed-fee approach, and will be growing our qualified and well-trained team to service many more buildings across the UK,” Randell says.

Properties LRPM manages range from converted halls on the Norfolk coast, to Grade II-listed spaces and prestigious buildings in areas such as Kensington, Chelsea and Bloomsbury Square in London.

LRPM oversees fire safety for buildings over 18 metres, in line with strengthened fire safety legislation for high-rise homes.
