With an starry 27-year career at Countrywide, where he rose to Regional Director, Humphreys brings both experience and leadership to Spicerhaart in what the company describes as a ‘pivotal period in its expansion’.

His journey in estate agency began at a very early age when he was talent spotted as a teenager while working in retail.

Fast-track career

By the age of 20, he was a Branch Manager, and by 24, he was an Area Manager — fast-tracking his career and earning him a stellar reputation in the industry.

“This is a game-changing moment for Spicerhaart, and I’m thrilled to be part of it,” says Humphreys.

“The scale of growth and investment here is unlike anything we’ve seen in years. My passion is building environments where people thrive, and I can’t wait to bring that energy to the team.”

This is a huge coup for us. Keiron is one of the most respected names in the industry.”

Spicerhaart’s Joint CEO, Antony Lark (pictured left), hailed Keiron’s appointment as a major win for the business: “This is a huge coup for us. Keiron is one of the most respected names in the industry, and his leadership will be invaluable as we continue to attract the best talent and push forward with our ambitious expansion plans.”

With big moves on the horizon, Spicerhaart is reshaping the future of estate agency, with Keiron working in tandem with Tommy Taylor, the Managing Director of Spicerhaart’s Orion Chapter, supported by new performance and acquisition directors to help grow the business.

Humphreys’ responsibilities will include overseeing powerhouse estate agency brands Haart, Haybrook, Butters John Bee, and Darlows.
