Life after Love Island: Former estate agent Faye Winter talks to The Neg
The Love Island runner-up and reality TV star is, with boyfriend Teddy Soares and new edition to the family, Golden Retriever Bonnie, doing charitable things.
Former estate and letting agent Faye Winter is back on the red carpet with boyfriend Teddy Soares and new edition to the family, Golden Retriever Bonnie.
Winter found fame in the 2021 series of Love Island and finished in third place with Teddy before starring in Celebrity Masterchef earlier this year. But before that spent 10 years as an estate and lettings manager for Devon-based firm East of Axe.
And while she DOES miss the world of estate agency going back full time would be difficult to do amongst other work commitments.
Everyone wants to be a homeowner.”
She told The Neg: “I was hoping of doing more of it in the public eye. Everyone wants to be a homeowner. It’s such a strange concept the thought of going back to it now. But I would love to do more of it in the public eye from that perception.”
She adds: “There’s a lot going on. We’ve just welcomed a new puppy into our family. Bonnie is a golden retriever named after the character in The Vampire Diaries. Yes, I am that person!”
INFLUENCER
Alongside her influencer career (she has 1.2 million followers on Instagram) Winter has a great interest in all things property and is extremely passionate about animal welfare.
Her home Instagram page (faye__home) is followed by 215,000 avid fans where she shares useful property market information and insight into her first home.
CHARITY
She has previously worked with animal welfare charity PETA as part of their Faux Bear Fur campaign and has recently taken part as a judge in Discovery Dogs UK’s event with The Kennel Club UK. She is also a proud Campaign Star for Guide Dogs after previously working as a volunteer guide dog fosterer, prior to Love Island.
Meanwhile Teddy will be on TV screens again soon having finished filming for the 2023 series of Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins.
The star-studded version of the reality quasi-military training programme will be fronted by Rudy Reyes, who took over from adventurer Ant Middleton last year.
