Wards estate agents, part of Arun Group of firms, has acquired rival Patti Jones Lettings after agent Patti Jones decided to retire.
Wards estate agents, part of Arun Estates, has acquired rival Patti Jones Lettings after its eponymous founder decided to retire.
Patti Jones Letting is a 20-year-old property services company based in Herne Bay and the deal will see Wards expand its South East portfolio.
ACQUISITION
The acquisition – the first for Wards and Arun Lettings – was made due to Jones stepping away from her successful career in property.
Wards estate agents has been trading in Kent for over 100 years and Jones says their reputation made thew firm a natural fit to take over the reins.
