Carter Jonas signs up for another two years with Zoopla
Announcement comes just six months after it committed to Boomin and two years since it re-joined Zoopla after leaving for OTM.
Thirty-three branch national estate agency Carter Jonas has signed up all its offices to Zoopla until at least April 2022, the two companies have announced jointly, just a week after Boomin’s launch.
Carter Jonas and Zoopla have had their ups and down in recent years; the agency quit Zoopla in 2014 as a founding member of OnTheMarket, returning in 2019 but only initially listing 10 branches on the portal.
The 170-year-old LLP, which is a multi-disciplinary property consultancy which includes residential, commercial, office and rural, says it has made the decision to extend with Zoopla after its residential lead volumes from the portal increased by 40% between 2019 and 2020.
The £66.8 million turnover property firm also lists with Rightmove and OnTheMarket. It signed up to Boomin in November.
Lisa Simon (pictured), Head of Residential at Carter Jonas, says: “Zoopla’s continued investment in its digital infrastructure presents users with a seamless approach to their property search.
“These efforts help to drive leads and increase exposure for our properties and complement perfectly the expert knowledge, advice and guidance provided by our teams – supporting our clients to make informed decisions and making the overall process of selling, buying or letting a property a more positive experience.”
Zoopla’s Chief Commercial Officer Andy Marshall adds: “With their distinguished history and nationwide presence, we’re delighted that Carter Jonas has chosen Zoopla as one of its key providers for growth in 2021 and beyond.
“It looks set to be another busy period for the property market with the extension of the stamp duty holiday and the new government-backed mortgage scheme, and we look forward to helping the brilliant team at Carter Jonas capitalise on this.”
