Zoopla is offering housebuilders a new way to sell developments at zero risk with the launch of Pay-On-Exchange.

Its new service lets them access Zoopla’s full range of multi-channel marketing products for free while providing transparency on lead attribution and marketing spend.

Housebuilders who sign up will be supported by a dedicated media planner to run and optimise campaigns on their behalf and only pay when a Zoopla leads convert to exchange.

Customers will also receive a monthly report to show development and channel performance, which includes details on leads, reservations, exchanges, attribution fees and plots sold.

Zoopla says a wide range of housebuilders including several top 25 firms have already reaped the benefits of the new service, with 4.7% of leads provided by Zoopla converting into reservation.

He adds: “This is exactly what Pay-On-Exchange delivers and we truly believe it’s a no-brainer for housebuilders looking to generate maximum return on investment on their marketing spend.”

Pay-On-Exchange is the first of a raft of innovations aimed at housebuilders that Zoopla has promised to launch over the next few months, all designed to support them during the entire sales life cycle and improve operational efficiencies and plot sales.

Dawson was previously founder and MD of new homes sales progression platform YourKeys, which Zoopla bought in April last year.
